Two retired high school teachers from Southern California move to a 100 acre ranch in rural Northern New Mexico. Why the name? This place nickels and dimes us to death, but we wouldn't have it any other way.

In-n-Out Burger December 2012
We arrived at In-n-Out burger the other day at a great time. No lines out the door, no tourist buses, just the ahhhh moment when you can go up to the counter and order the Number 1 Protein Style and they know exactly what you're talking about.
I love to occasionally go to In and Out! Love watching the rhythm of the young people as they go about their jobs with such efficiency. The training in that business should be a model to others. Just had a protein sans the cheese the other day after an adorable pre-school Christmas concert. It was a treat both ways!
I am sooooooo jealous! We still don't have In 'n' Out in Flag, which means the only time I get to enjoy them is if we go to Phoenix... one of the few things I miss about So Cal!
Oh and it's always a treat to just sit down... not like most times when you have to "buzzard" around looking for the people that are just about to finish that last fry... then swoop in to take their table before the next guy gets it.
I love the protein burger - it's bunless! with extra pickles! Son orders his "like an animal" - with everything. Hugs
I still cannot find your email address on your blog....Thank you for the visitor log idea. She feels terrible that she cannot remember and that she can no longer process how to do the computer for her poetry. I am not myself either..still concussioning...ugh...will talk to my sister about that idea..thx...Have a great Christmas!!
